- Was there anything you didn't like?On Dec.5 , I tried all day long to call the hotel the day I was supposed to arrive to cancel my booking for seven days .NO REPLY . Later I contact BOOKING.COM asking them to cancel my stay .Thye told me they will send the request to the hotel.After a while they came back saying the hotel refused to cancel the booking .We were still on the 5th ... Next day , I request the hotel to deliver the room to Mr Alfred Nader . After two days , Mr Nader went to collect the room, They told him it is not available. On the 9th of Dec. ,I ask the hotel to send me the invoice together with the room number , nothing received.I recalled ,and on the 11th , they ask me for my email address !!!! After they send me the INVOICE SHOWING THE BOOKING FOR ONE DAY ONLY , CHARGING EIGHT DAYS , AND NO ROOM NUMBER . While a friend of mine, have booked in other hotel in Prague for six days , and after three days , he had to leave .The hotel refund him back the remaining three days !!
