Need upgrade
- What did you like most? The room was not very comfortable and old facilities. The toilet and bathroom needs updating. The end of hall room was very noisy
- Was there anything you didn't like?Food and coffee shops were great The entertainment was excellent
The price does NOT match the quality and management is clearly just collecting a check rather than being customer servin
- What did you like most? The location was ideal for sure. Big points for having the pool and the beach so close together. The Christmas decor in the front lobby was very pretty.
- Was there anything you didn't like? The food situation was awful. Mikimoto the line was always 3-4 long, la petite chef the food was DISGUSTING and the lines were also unbelievably long. We had a 2 full bed reservation; while there were two barely comfortable mattresses, there was only ONE headboard…truly awkward sleeping arrangement. And to make it worse?? The shower had an entire column of clear bricks in the wall between it and the bed; imagine your father trying to lay down in the 1 headboard/2 bed-bed turning over and seeing his offspring showering. And the night before my birthday, we had no running water for nearly 3 hrs. No explanation was provided, nothing was provided as compensation and no one even apologized for the inconvenience it caused our schedule. Which displayed to our family, while the staff was friendly enough, management had zero understanding nor control of what is actually occurring at this property.
