Self-parking is available at the Pike Parking Garage located directly across the street from the hotel at Bay and Cedar Avenue. Please note that in and out privileges are not allowed. This parking facility is not operated by the hotel so we are unable to apply parking charges to your guestroom. Please contact them for rates. Hyatt The Pike Long Beach will validate parking vouchers for complimentary 2 hours. When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies apply. For more information, please contact the property directly. All renovation work will occur Monday through Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - What did you like most?The front desk was amazing
- Was there anything you didn't like?No jacuzzi, and our room was not available when it was check in time. At 4pm. We were given a $50 dollar room credit which we used to purchase some food from the downstairs deli. Worst sandwich and wrap we have ever had that totalled to $60 with chips and a drink. The room was spacious and well decorated, and at our request we had a partial view of the Harbour but overall for the cost the hotel definitely left a lot to be desired. Their bar by the pool is also seasonal so it was unavailable. We will definitely book the Hyatt across the way again because of all the extra commodities before we ever decide to stay here again.
