- Was there anything you didn't like?I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping was not up to standard — chips were spilled on the floor and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The only thing that was done was changing the sheets and towels after I specifically asked. When I spoke to the front desk about getting the room cleaned, I was told it wouldn’t be possible until the 4th day of our stay, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the pool and hot tub were poorly maintained. There were dead bugs in the water for five straight days, which made the amenities unusable. Overall, the cleanliness and service fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues were addressed.
