It was a bit disappointing due to the above. We've stayed often with none of this problem.

- Was there anything you didn't like?They were remodeling so we had to go in through a back entrance. It made for a long walk with luggage to find the entry door. There was noise from construction. A car alarm went off at 2 pm waking us us due to fact that our room on 1st floor was right by the parking area.
