Excellent stay over Christmas
- What did you like most?
  The breakfast was excellent, providing a wide range of good quality hot food and a cold buffet. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The location was quiet albeit lots of transport only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  At breakfast, the staff cleaned away the plates and cups before you had time to finish. It would be good to leave the guests to eat in peace and not continually disturb their breakfast. The king size bed was two single beds together - with a gap in the middle, and two separate single duvets, which we found very uncomfortable.

- What did you like most?
  The hotel is very well located, with many tram connections nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The staff at reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful, especially Martina. Breakfast was simple but good. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the pillows could be improved and the blankets were a bit small.
