Mixed Feelings
- What did you like most?The hotel is centrally located in Berlin and makes getting around the city very easy. Shops, restaurants, places to eat, as well as bus stops and metro stations, are all within a 5–10 minute walk.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Speaking frankly, this hotel is far from a 4-star standard. The lift was not working, and we were given a room on the 4th floor, so if you have mobility difficulties or are travelling with small children, it’s better to negotiate your options in advance. Special gratitude to the receptionist who spoke Russian (apologies for not remembering her name). She was extremely helpful, providing us with information about the city, what to see, how to get around, and great recommendations for places to eat. I also believe that a price of €200 for two nights should include breakfast. The breakfast itself was very poor and definitely not worth €18, which is why we only ate there once. However, the lady running the breakfast service was top-notch — special thanks to her. Overall, the staff are lovely, but the rooms feel quite old, with a stale smell, a non-working lift, and poor breakfast quality. Please keep this in mind when making your choice.
